Test School uses this app to provide school ERP services for students, parents, staff, drivers, and administrators. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, why it is used, and how users can request deletion.
The app may process student profiles, parent/guardian details, staff records, attendance, homework, diary messages, notifications, exam results, fee records, transport assignments, hostel records, gallery photos, device notification tokens, QR attendance data, and account deletion requests.
The app may request camera access for QR scanning, location access for live bus tracking, notification permission for school alerts, and file/photo access when uploading school-related documents or gallery images. Permissions are used only for the feature requested by the user.
Data is used to operate school services including login, attendance, fee management, communication, transport tracking, exams, homework, staff payroll, reports, and administrative records.
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with authorized school users based on their role, with service providers needed to run the app, or when required by law or school policy.
The app is intended for school use. Student data is managed by the school and accessed only by authorized staff, parents/guardians, and students as permitted by the school.
We use role-based access and account authentication to protect records. Data is retained as needed for school operations, compliance, audits, and academic history unless deletion is approved by the school.
Users can submit an account deletion request from the login page. The school reviews requests and deletes or deactivates eligible records according to legal, academic, financial, and administrative requirements.
